Ariana Loschiavo

Meet Ariana! A Nashville native, she's been back home for 10 years after spending about six years in Chicago. Hairdressing runs deep in Ariana's family: her father was a stylist first, then her mother followed him into the industry, and he was the one who gave her regular haircuts as a kid until her mom took over. By 7th grade, Ariana was already cutting her own hair, along with some friends' and family members', long before she made it official at cosmetology school in 2020. She's been working under her license since 2023.

Ariana loves working across the spectrum, from straight to curly, cutting to coloring. She trained closely with a mentor who specialized in blonding and curly/precision cutting and was also a Wella educator, giving her a strong foundation in both. One of the most formative chapters of her career was her final apprenticeship, 75-hour weeks, six days a week, assisting and taking clients alongside some seriously talented, knowledgeable stylists who helped shape who she is behind the chair today.

Ariana wants clients to feel confident in her technique and training, and to trust that she'll always protect the integrity of their hair. If she ever comes across something outside her expertise, she'll do the research and testing needed before moving forward with a service. Above all, she wants every appointment to feel custom, tailored specifically to the person in her chair. Described as bubbly by others, Ariana is kind, a genuinely good listener, and someone who meets people exactly where they are. She's quiet at first, but once she warms up, watch out.

Outside the salon, Ariana is passionate about building community, hosting a crochet group meetup twice a month, and cares deeply about politics and human rights. She's also an artist in her own right, painting and singing in her free time. Her father once owned a restaurant and gay bar that served as a safe space for so many people.
