Allie DeNapoli (she/her) is a Nashville-based stylist with 16+ years behind the chair and a foundation from Aveda Institute St. Petersburg. Originally from the Northeast and later St. Petersburg, Allie moved to Nashville a year ago and brings a warm, curious, and deeply caring approach to every appointment. She delights in full transformations—dimensional color (often in the blonde spectrum), foil work, precision cuts, and blowouts that make real-life hair feel effortless and elevated. Allie treats each service as a co-creation: she listens, meets clients where they’re at, and crafts wearable, personalized looks that boost confidence and reflect authentic self-expression. Influenced by a background in education and early aspirations in caregiving, she values slowing down, holding space, and helping clients feel truly seen. Outside the salon, Allie loves exploring life’s curiosities and brings optimism, creativity, and a little “extra” energy to everything she does.

what does "come as you are" mean to you?: To me, “come as you are” means exactly that- to show up as your true, authentic self, whatever that means for you in your identity or for that day. Whether you’re feeling chatty and need to word-vomit for hours (haha), or you need some quiet time to decompress, you’re welcome in my chair exactly as you are. You never have to be a certain way to be accepted or feel comfortable with me. I value honesty and open conversation, but I also want you to feel safe saying when you need silence. My goal is to meet you where you are, so I can reflect that in your appointment, your hair, and the experience you have in my chair.
